The kitchen hand-tosses pizza in seven sizes, from a ten-inch up to the thirty-inch football that arrives on a wooden paddle. The sauces are made in house. The sausage is hand-pinched. The dining room has red checked tablecloths and vinyl booths, and it has not been restyled to look like anything other than what it is.
